Is there a contract, and how does billing work?

Nope, no long-term contracts! We bill at the beginning of each month for that month's hours, and it’s a recurring charge until you decide to cancel. Hours don’t roll over, so we encourage you to use them. If you need more hours, you can upgrade your plan anytime during the month or bump up to the next tier.

What if I need more hours than my plan allows?

No problem! You can increase your workload and add more hours at any point in the month. If you exceed your plan’s hours, the extra hours will be billed at the max rate and added to the following month’s invoice. You can also upgrade to a higher plan anytime.

Can I choose my assistant?

Before assigning your assistant, we’ll introduce you to ensure they're the right fit for your team.

How do cancellations work?

If you ever need to cancel, you can do so anytime with notice for the end of the month. Just note, there are no refunds for unused hours, so make sure to take full advantage of them!
